The AIR Manual, running in its 5th edition now, is a comprehensive compilation of all unrepealed Central Acts (Civil & Criminal) passed by the Government of India since the very beginning. Following an alphabetical arrangement, this mammoth publication has been published in 45 volumes.
LAW REPORTS : MOORE'S INDIAN APPEALS (1988 REPRINT)
Moore's Indian Appeals (1836-72) and Indian Appeals (1872-1950)were the twin series of official law reports of India which preceded the current Supreme Court Reports.
Legal activities belonging to the period of 1836-72 are compiled and capped by Edmund F. Moore in 14 vols. of this internationally renowned set. Case reports of the appeals made from the then established Courts in India and other countries in the East Indies to Highest Court of Justice `The Privy Council' in England are beautifully marshalled here. It summons to be read by all resorting to the principles of Common Law. Each volume contains listing of cases alphabetically and subject wise with digest for quick consultation. This is a verbatim reprint of the original.
